Gun part?

I need a mainspring guide for a junk 22 rimfire revolver. Dickson model cheyenne double action, made in Germany. I know it is not a quality firearm but it would make an excellent trapline pistol. Any idea where I could order this part?

Thanks, but they do not even list "Dickson" as a mfg. I am sure that it is a clone of another mfg but I have no idea which one.

Is that a Colt new heritage clone or a Ruger super six clone?

I would guess the Ruger, as it has a coilspring.

But the top of the guide is different.

I doubt that the gun is worth even one hour of a real smith's time. It would be a great trapping gun because I would not worry about sand, mud, etc as much.

Could I get a pic of the underside of the hammer where the rod contacts it and the frame where the the spring hits? It looks like you could make the rod from a single six of the like work with a little dremeling.

Actually, looking at your pictures closer, its double action. What about the mainspring rod for a High Standard Double Nine??

That is very High Standard. Well Numrich doesnt have a very good supply of HS parts. High Standard in their newest incarnation is here in Houston. They might have the parts but no guarantees.
