I went today, was better than I was expecting and something to do. Fondled some guns, didn't see any decent prices on ammo though. Might go again tomorrow but not sure yet.

I think the highlight was I finally got to handle the XDs 9mm, picked it up thinking it was the 45 (always have to as its on my list of future purchases) then noticed the different marking. Looks and feel exactly the same otherwise.

Had a CHL Class Saturday....

Today we had our last renewal class.........then changed a couple of ballasts on the range lights and other maint. so I didn't make it.....

Went with a coworker. Picked up some stripper clips for the t53. And an ammo can as an impulse buy.
525rds of .22 were going for $100. Made me quezy.

If you're into old man guns, you should check out the shriner's gun show. It's small, no dealers, but fairly entertaining.

Didn't see anyone walking around with ammo so I'm gonna say they probably weren't. I saw that table you're talking about, told the guy "$100 for a brick of 22 huh? That's right. Shoot at that price I'll sell you a few of mine", he wasn't interested in buying lol.

I picked up a S&W 3953 for $400 after taxes ( about the going rate online before taxes so not to bad)I plan on going to the Robstown one as well.

A little off topic but was in the AP walmart tonight and try had a Remington mega pack (250 rds) of 40 for $90 I think. Only thing of interest besides the box of 380 I picked up for a friend.

Walmart in Aransas had a lot of 45 today, 50rd boxes of Federal FMJ and 50rd boxes of Remington UMC FMJ
