    Can't imagine the Seals have that much use for BMG suppressors.

    wouldn't the Navy verify the manufacturing licsence of a contract holder prior to awarding it?

    From what remember from the original story, the guys brother/relative fixed the contract and is being reviewed as well. He promoted the design as new and didn't put serial numbers on the cans.

    I know you can't just fill a gov't contract unless you are set up as a vendor and during that process you have to submit tons of documents. maybe the guys relative was the registered vendor and he was just producing them.
    Either way, someone broke some laws it sounds like unless somehow the Navy can bail him out of it
