The other day I was driving my 2011 Cub Cadet UTV that I bought in 2011. The rear wheel on the left side locked up and would not turn. I found that the rear differential had come apart and locked up. I ended up removing the drive shaft to the rear wheels and making it a front wheel drive. It is a little hard to steer unless you drive slow.
Yesterday I went to my local Kioti tractor dealer to get some hydraulic fluid for my tractor and ended up buying a Kioti Mechron 2200 diesel UTV which should be delivered tomorrow. I'll be retiring the old Cub Cadet it had over 800 hours on it and lasted 7 years so I guess I can't complain.

I'm happy for your new UTV
Those are awesome, the engines are very good

I bought a Polaris Ranger back in 2012
It only has 200 hrs on it and it going strong

It seems like your cub Cadet should have lasted longer

Can you repair it and sell it to get some of your money/value back ?

They are made by Kioti which is South Korean company but they have a plant in North Carolina. I'm not sure if they are made there or not. Kioti and Kubota used to be one company but Kioti split off from Kubota which sued them because they used the same color orange paint on their tractors. Kioti won so they both still use the same paint. I have a Kioti tractor also, very well made. The Mechron 2200 uses the same 3 Cyl. diesel tractor motor as Kioti's small tractors.
