I never cared for commemorative guns , but, I could not pass this up.
I present to you the Colt Alamo Commemorative 22 LR, unfired.
    pimp my vault.
    Built by Colt on 1967
    $400.
It should be fun to shoot.

Glad you’re planning on shooting it! I don’t own anything that could be considered commemorative anymore, but when I did, I shot it. Don’t have any kids so thankfully I don’t have to worry about passing down a safe queen. If I own ‘em, I shoot ‘em. Good on you.

    I do like Sigs.
I like the 365 series... sold all my 22x and 23x I just don't like the manual of arms and most of those DA/SA triggers are gross (IMHO).

The other item in that photo is a gun sold by Wilson Combat that pre-dated the 365 by more than 10 years, I know people feel the 365 was a real game changer but similar sized micros with decent capacity were already out that.

Now, I will also add that shooting that Wilson stinks. It's recoil is crazy for a 9mm... it actually hurts to shoot it, unlike the very enjoyable to shoot 365s. Much like my early CZ striker gun (CZ100) it's an example of early work that has since been become far more refined. :)

    Out here by the lake!
Wow... digging both of those! That mini MP.... what is that thing, and how many body organs would I need to sell so I get one?
Those pics are not my guns. I have said for years while the H&K MK23 is bad ass the MP5K is really not much bigger. As far as MP5K's go if your talking a transferable $40K. I do not believe the one pictured is NFA. That being said an original H&K SP89 can go as high as $6K if new NIB. A new H&K SP5K $5K. Clones really depend on a lot of variables.

When I bought my SP89 I paid about $1,000.00 for it. Reconfiguring it as a MP5K cost $1,500.00 IIRC. My registered auto sear was $12,500.00.
