We’ve had 6-8 people in my very large family hit with the Rona, two of which just got it this week.

So we have decided that each family will do their own thing. Some have a family member in the “at risk” group. At my house It will be me and my daughter, but I’m extending an invitation to all the others. But my money is on no one else showing up.
What are you going to do if 30 or 40 TGTers say 'heck yeah, I'm in'! . . . on Wednesday? It could happen. :green:

Hope your family kicks Rona's arse and, Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours :)

    Happy Thanksgiving to all.

First time we're going to have all the kids under one roof for Turkey Day in many years as my 3 older children live in other states, North Dakota, Colorado and Oklahoma. We're very much looking forward to the holiday.

Our cooking started Tuesday (Dressing, GB Casserole, cookies, rolls).
Today she made cherry & pecan pies (smaller pecan pie is for a neighbor) and deviled eggs.
The eggs will get topped with paprika tomorrow.
Son is smoking a turkey breast & a ham, his wife doing some other sides.
No sitdown dinner with everyone, the kids & grandkids will do carryout from our garage tomorrow afternoon. Everything will be packaged in takeout containers to reheat at their homes.

Wife is boiling eggs for her deviled eggs, and has her dressing already made and ready to go in the oven first thing in the morning. I got my smoker started and getting ready to smoke the turkey, ham and a whole chicken.

By 10 or 11 in the morning, everything should be ready to eat.

Might have to find something the binge watch tomorrow afternoon!

Happy Thanksgiving! Have a blessed and grateful day.

I'm blessed to be spending Thanksgiving with my dad for the first time since 2014! Eff the wu-flu!

That's awesome! We will be starting out at the wife's sister's house with her family, and the MIL, then stop over at my brother's house with his family and my father. My eldest niece will be on from college too.
