Philip Luty, a pro gun rights activist in England died in 2015, but he has a website up showing how to assemble a 9mm sub gun as well as many others. Has anyone looked into his designs or tried them out?

haven't seen it before... but the BSP design he has on there appears to be open-bolt...

The alphabet agency here on this side of the pond has decided that all Open bolt firearms are too easily convertible to full-auto, so are considered machine guns. Just keep that in mind if you want to build anything.

Took a quick look. Interesting. Not interested in building anything but it still looks to have some interesting stuff there.
