    Glad they took care of you. My litte NAA had the same issue a year two back. Got great service from them. Had to pay the postage to them and back to get it spiffed up. About 30 bucks or so. They will take it by USPS but send it back by UPS or maybe Fed Ex. Thats the big expense.

    Glad you got it sorted out. That's darn good customer service, I would expect that from a company like Smith & Wesson though.
    Been hearing rumors they ain’t what they used to be but the only broke SW I ever possessed was a model 28 which I broke it by cutting off too much of the trigger rebound spring trying to sweeten up that trigger pull. lol wasn’t their fault and my dear pal at the LGS stepped and fetch me one that was nearly right. How are y’all managing to break those things so often?
