have you been able to reset your eforms password ?

You need to reset your password to get into the new eforms page.

Has anyone successfully done this ?

I get PW change failed multiple times.

I have had them resend my user id and it went to the email it should have gone to so my user name and email should be correct.

I did notice that it only lets you use caps to fill in your email address and the email my ID went was XXXXXX.@xxx.com so the last part was small letters and just the name was caps.

Sure but you all are already on the BATF's list anyways. And they listen to all your cell calls and monitor the web page so they already know about the Hello before I call.

Sounds about right for a Gov agency.

I called and got in line....about 20 minutes later they called me back and in about 2 minutes was back on and able to utilize the system....

While the system has always been slow...it is now excruciatingly slow.....
