Hays county shooting ordinance

I heard that Hays county has passed an ordinance limiting firearms discharge on private property, but I can't find any corroborating info. Anybody hear about this?

I haven't heard anything about that. The only news I read about guns in Hays Co is that the San Marcos city council voted to continue letting people carry concealed at their meetings.
