    If this were enacted I would certainly be leery of buying from another individual that brought a gun to a gun show to sell. I can see sting operations that even if you left the property to buy or sell you could still be tied to the gun show.

    So is this Bill active as of now ? meaning every firearm we would purchase even threw a private dealer would have to adhere to a Background check ?

    It’s a filed bill is all right now. Hasn’t made it to the calendars committee yet.

    Let your legislators and the speaker know your against it.

    Correct, the bill is filed and the session just stared. There is no guarantee if the bill will ever make it out of committee. I just posted this to make y’all aware so you could follow.
