Heads up for parents of high school students that will be taking SAT placement tests.
Looks like "Common Core" will be the basis of U.S. History advanced placement in the SAT.

Why not? It will test their ability to rack up $200,000 in student loan debt for useless degrees in black studies, femininism in the 1800s and queerology.

The ACT will become the test of choice for prospective STEM majors and universities. The SAT for future burger flippers.

I had forgotten about the ACT (been a long, long time since college entrance was a concern for me).
Hopefully the folks at the ACT stay objective.

Our churches and school (where I went), had a "Bless the halls" luncheon.
Everybody prayed for the school and students.

Yeah, those kids likely won't test well, at the state level.

I'm confused. When I took the SAT's, it was only Math And English?

I never bothered with either.
Turns out you CAN make it through life without a college degree...

The title is misleading. This concerns the us history ap test, not the sat test. Both tests are produced by the same company though.
