Liars all. No argument here but Obama is the worst of any of them. The guy doesn't even try to spin the story when he gets caught red handed. He simply goes on to the next lie. Remember when the dude yelled "YOU LIE!" in that joint session of Congress? He was the first to say it out loud. "YOU LIE!" Now, millions of us are echoing that same message!

My concern is that the OP article forces Insurance companies to pick up the tab for poor or uncooperative clients. We all know who actually pays for that, right? Look in the mirror!

The insurance companies should just quit. They need to come out and say "Offering health insurance is no longer a viable business due to the ACA and all the on the fly changes that have been made to it. Effective immediately we're closing." Who would the government try to force then...

Then "they" win, they get their single payer euro-system, obammacare is a step toward single payer, where they have wanted to go from day one but knew they couldn't get there all in one step.

If the Health Finance (finance is really what they are, insurance is to protect from rare disaster, not pay most of every visit and pills) industry closed up shop tomorrow it would be "Go to single payer, go directly to single payer, do not pass go, do not collect $200.00" on monday.

At least with Ocare here there is time to fight it and show that "single payer"(remember that is the goal) will be orders of magnitude worse.

ya let's force em to accept less for their services (medicaid, barry-dont-care). Oh wait, they have the right not to accept your gubbernment insurance now because it's a money loosing prop. LFMAO.

Seems to me it's not the DOCTORS who are the problem. Sure they make good coin, they tend to be the smartest and the most educated in our society.

Nothing holding you back from becoming one of them... and reaping the benefits... oh wait, just 8 years plus in higher education...internship.... etc.
    ^Well said.^

It would be a gamble on whether or not the strategy of the Ins companies pulling out would turn the tables, but I think worth the gamble. And yes, it is a single payer system that the govt is heading towards.

There will be 2 basic healthcare systems available to America:

    1) Single pay, doctors work for the govt, its govt healthcare all the way

    2) Outside the govt system healthcare: Unions, Congress, senior govt workers and other exempt and selected groups and the rich who can afford it. These folks will see the doctors they chose with no limits or constraints and with the exception of the very rich it will be paid for by the govt (taxpayers).

While we can talk all around this lest not forget the endgame. The endgame has NOTHING to do with healthcare, fact is the govt could care less about your health care. The goal is to take control of 1/6th of our economy (note they have no intention of stopping there) and apply central planning to healthcare. Well Central Planning does not work and has never worked at the govt level, ever, ask the USSR. The govt will do the same thing they have done with everything, spend the money that comes in on something else and the way they control medical costs is thru what is called 'death panels'. You are old and have a problem, thats your problem unless you are union or a govt worker. Congress will siphon off the money just like they did for Social Security.

Does no one see this for what it is? Obamacare is a blatant money grab. The more money the government controls, the more mismanagement they can hide. The government has the worst track record for managing money. We just allowed them to have the largest money grab in U.S. history, and backed the move with the ruthless I.R.S.

The govt is at BEST 80% efficient, at the very best and this is from observation just in DoD...my realistic call is 70% efficiency. The rest of the govt I would say is 70% at best and closer to 60%. This means that somewhere between 40 and 30 cents on every dollar is unwisely spent, be it waste, fraud, abuse and the biggest of all is overstaffing.
