The root cause of all this was apathy of millions of our citizens including me. I didn't give a flip about politics and millions more just like me let this power grab happen! Little by little, the government tightened the noose around our collective necks. The percentage of people who were actually voting was shameful!

No adult citizen with a hair in their private areas is sleeping now. The gloves have come off, the smiling masks removed and we see these bastaxds for exactly what they are.......anti Americans who are successfully enslaving us!

The last time I saw this public mood was during the Viet Nam war. I've posted repeatedly about my experiences back then. I've seen and heard what 10's of thousands of furious and fed up people are like and what they are capable of doing.

Our people aren't apathetic or asleep anymore and the rulers are getting the point.

Er...I don't think you'd want him around. He violated the Constitution of the United States by sending federal troops into the south to "quell the uprising," that being those southern states that were exercising their constitutional right of States Rights...the cause of the Civil War (not slavery).

As for the first article, "Americans Rising Up," the horrible idea comment was a hugely GROSS understatement. Does anyone else see the similarities of what the current administration is attempting and what went on in Russia after WW II with Joseph Stalin?? I'm not saying we've become a socialist/Marxist police state....YET...but the implications are there. The B.S. going on in Connecticut is just the first shot in a long, drawn out fight against any administration's violation of the Constitutional rights of American citizens.

A few insulated individuals, don't even have to that powerful on an individual basis. Look at most civil wars. They just shuffle around the key players. The most influencial ussually stay that way. The rich, get richer. Most often, the average guy pays the highest price and gains little, if not worse off.
Also, if you have any buisiness education. War is good buisiness, as well as excess population control. Of the hundred or so million dead in the last 150 to 200 years, can You imagine the population if they had not died?
Simple truth is. War, civil or otherwise, can be very lucrative.
Besides, most of them will never see the true horror of an all out battle, of war. Maybe pictures they can ignore later. To them it is more a game. And They plan on being the only winners.
