Im new here obviously and wanted to say hi.
I am a ballistic scientist by profession with over 10 years of post graduate experience. I have worked in New Mexico for a private company before relocating with my family back to Texas. I am personally an NFA guy that enjoys the 300 Blackout, 9mm, .45, and for a very long time was dedicated to my Mk14 Mod 0 "Crazy Horse" M1A over the AR15. A recent illness has caused me to adjust my armory to suit my limitations so I have sadly moved off the heavy M1A and am adjusting to the 5.56. I actually picked up a preban Colt HBAR with a Colt scope the other day which is my first one but I am not sure I want to keep it.
I really enjoy having a community to openly discuss the subject of firearms that we all share as an interest. I really despise the "internet know it all" types so you can expect nothing but respectful participation.
