Hey, im new to the gun world, but very eagered to learn more. Found this forum through couple search engine when my curiosity brought me here. Hopefully I'll learn more about guns. safety, and the laws about hand guns.... I just bought a HK USP .40 couple months ago and was curious about the fact of having it in my vehicle (not having a CHL but planning on it very soon). From what i have read (if not mistaken) I'm allowed to have a loaded gun in my car as long as it is conceal, and im not a gangmember or have a history?!? is there an age requirement?

You are correct about carrying in you vehicle. You can do that as long as you are legally eligible to buy and own a gun. It needs to be concealed.
