Just bought a Kimber Pro Covert II will be looking for any and all advise pertaining to this weapon....
This is my first 1911 but by no means my first firearm....This single action trigger is quite a scarey thing IMO and will take some getting use to....Well happy shooting fellas

Oh man, Alvin............Joe's BBQ. Back in the day, we used to stop there everytime we went to Galveston. I could go for some of their BBQ & cherry cobbler right now.

Yep, Joe's is pretty tasty...Brisket is always tender like butta....

Ran through the motions for a while empty and it isn't as nerve racking but, man I sure do miss having a decocker....It almost feels safer with one in the pipe, hammer cocked and safety on, rather than trying to load one in the pipe then try to thumb down the hammer. Still haven't brought it to the range...That will make everything better....I hope
