Hello all, new to the forum from the DFW area. Haven't been a lurker, ran across the site tonight and setup my account. I'm also a member over at TexasCHLForum and saw TGT mentioned in a post.
Came over and instantly liked what I saw. I'm a somewhat newcomer to everything gun related, got my first pistol right at a year ago. I now own a Smith and Wesson M&P Shield 9mm, a Taurus 809, and a Mossberg Maverick 88. I NEED (my wife and I disagree on need or want...) an AR-15 rifle next, although I haven't decided on a specific make yet. Still trying to do research and learn all I can about the platform before committing to something. Interests include all things gun, and survivor related topics. I've really taken to The saying always be ready (not a plug for 5.11, but I do like their stuff).
I'm a member of the TSRA and NRA, and am looking at how I can further support second amendment efforts. I paid very close attention to the 84th legislature and was amazed at how much I learned. I plan to do the same next year.
