Fellow Texans, a big Howdy.
Glad I found these forums. Been out of interest in guns for awhile, traded into a couple and now happy that I have renewed my interest.
Never knew there was a forum for Texans, but I am glad that there is. I look forward to interesting, informative posts here.
Me - I am too old to mention, but still have my interests, right now mostly knives, guns and vehicles. Of course, family before all of that.
Retired, which means lots of time but little money.

Welcome Mr... I never really been too involved with guns myself. I have always owned several and enjoyed them for certain sporting events, but I never have been a collector or anything.
I have gained a fondness for 1911's over the past couple of years. Prior to that I never had much to do with handguns. I have actually started to like the 1911's so much that I have been steadly buying all the stuff I need to build my own. I guess the bug bit me or somethin..
What I do like the most is my right to choose. To choose what I want and what I dont want.
