When you send money to someone just to send money their paypal name is their email. So in the recipient section you enter the email address and it will send the money to that account.

I do believe paypal can be linked to a credit card. I know I have it linked to my bank cards.

If the person has the right account they should be able to take the paypal payment though credit card alone.

Update: making a last ditch effort to sell the house to avoid having a foreclosure on my credit. Some interested people might come and look at it this week. Hopefully, it can sell and close quickly. I'm not sure where I will live afterwards but I trust the Lord will provide a solution. Step by step, I will survive this mess.
