How much do you have to have on hand to qualify?? Right now I'm up to 8,000-10,000 total, is that too much? MG
it is only too much if you do not have a gun to fire it in ! period !
ammo is like money in the bank ...no such thing as too much!
or i myself would be in a world of hurt I have a 6' metal cabinet loaded from top to bottom with everything from rimfire to 300 wby mag ,and lamost everything in between.

    Too much??

That only makes you just an intermediate ammo-hoardin' slut.

When you start carrying that in one caliber then you are on your way.

Keep on going ~ you'll get there. ;)

My ammo stash isn't what I'd like it to be, in fact it's inadequate. I buy what I can afford and hope my moonshine will buy more rounds when SHTF

About the only time your ammo stash could be worthless is when Jesus comes back and we turn our swords into plows.

Your goal should be enough metal to make a John Deere sized plow.

Now wait a minute. I just know heaven will have guns. BARs, Johnsons, Trapdoor Springfields, Thompsons, and 1911s for all. Endless ammo.

I can relate. I am sitting on about 3,500lbs of brass as of right now. I clean and sell the brass by itself for the most part, but I feel the need to reload the rounds and shoot them. Everything I have is handgun brass, so I have everything from 380 auto to 45 long colt. It's pretty overwhelming.
