I have owned my Henry 22 Lever Rifle since getting it as a gift from my mother last Christmas but due to the ammo crisis have not shot it yet. I am wondering if anyone here owns or has shot one and what is good with the rifle. I felt like I was in the minor leagues when my mother got it for me.

Not sure why you feel like you're in the minors, but I'll take it off your hands if you don't like it. I've been thinking about getting another one because every time I try to shoot mine, people come out and want to share in the fun.

The only problem I've had with my Henry is it seems to make my boxes of 22 empty.

One of the most versatile .22 cal rifles anyone could own. Shoots .22 Long Rifle, .22 Long, & .22 Shorts.

    Capacity: 15 rounds .22 LR, 17 rounds .22 Long, 21 rounds .22 Short.

Lots of .22 Shorts to be found on shelves in the last year -- guess lots of folks had no use for them. You do.

Keep that rifle, feed it shorts, and you will be happy!

thanks guys and when I mean minor leagues I have not shot a 22 rifle since my boy scout days and found it weird my mother out of the blues just told me that she is buying me one for Christmas. I have one other 22 Ruger 10/22 but that was meant for my daughter.
