Here I go again with the deffered

Ok so I tried to purchase got denied did the apppeal SIX MONTHS later they get back to me saying I am still denied. I sent the paper work in saying my charges had been "DISMISSED" I know its clerical errors holding this whole thing up. but the god damn nics people at the FBI wont tell me what documentation I need to provide to clear this up. if someone could please offer some advice or refer me to an attorney that has previous experience this area of law. I would like to hurry up and get this cleared up before the federal gov't does something stupiud. I am not scared to pay for results so I would prefer a lawyer if somebody knows one.

If your deferred is more than 10 years old and not for a particularly heinous crime you can get a Texas CHL and skip the call

Get a Texas CHL. I can't find your old post but IIRC you were eligible.

That was my thought. Cheaper than a lawyer.
