    Yes and no. The exact reason we have three branches of government. The courts are suppose to weed out such laws. Maybe if Trump can get a good set of judges in place, NFA will be gone.

    If things were fair and equal, and were as they were intended, yes, they would weed out such laws.

    But, we live in a world, in many instances, is anything but fair and equal.

    We have seen a rash of politically-inspired criminal charges brought against specific Police Officers over mishaps while they were discharging their duties.

    And, most of us are of sufficient age to remember way back when we DID have a "police problem".

    Yet today the focus is on the media-fueled uproar that the Officer was not further punished, anyway; despite being acquitted.

    Our society cannot keep second-guessing the actions of those who serve during their participation in urgent events.
