I've only been here for about 5 years, but IMHO the city gov't couldn't sell lemonade at a 4th of July parade without screwing it up.

I lived here off and on from 1970 and permanently since '90 and you're right, this is the worst. What are they going to do with the rest of 190 west from where they started this mess?

Heck, they already need to tear out some of the medians because they poured them wrong. So, they have extended the barrels for a while longer.
