If i can make it out, I'd like to trade some Bulgarian surplus 7.62x54r rounds for other manufacturer versions, and different grain bullets. Know that's barely the spirit of the thread, but just thought i'd get it out there. Want to see what else my rifle likes.
1 for 1 on surplus, multiple for 1 on nicer ammo, that kind of thing. Just don't want to commit to buying a full box and possibly get an ammo my rifle doesn't like.

What rifle you shootin'?

Mosin Nagant, 1942 Izhevsk. It likes the Bulgarian surplus pretty well, but if figure that like all the Mosins they made, all the ammo will be a little different as well. Figured why not try as many as i can, and see what the old Russian likes best, then buy a crap ton of it.

I need an M16 sling. Nothing fancy, no magpul stuff or tactical slings...just a nice basic sling. If it's one that the armory was getting rid of in leu of new sling upgrades, that's even better. I have a shotgun sling with shell holders I can trade. It's just a basic sling - no padding or anything other than the shell holders.
