Watching that video just pissed me off so badly. I hope this police officer was reported to a higher authority for violating constitutional rights. (Amendment 1 - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression. Ratified 12/15/1791.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.) Is it okay with anyone beside the ignorant members of ACORN that the officer is so ignorant of the law of this country?
