    I'm really amazed at how many home invasions / robberies that has increased over the last few years, with the bad guys getting shot or killed by the home owner... Seems like these idiots would focus on breaking in when people are NOT at home. But, From what I understand, most of the home invasions are Hispanics are going after Hispanic renters. Looking for cash and drugs...

    However, Kudos to our Second Amendment and to the homeowner protecting himself.

    I read about it in todays paper & they mention something about him being presented to the Grand Jury....

    In most cases it's pretty standard to send a case to the GJ. Anyone that's willing to shoot at another person in defense should be prepared for the ride. If it's justified, enjoy the ride.
