    But I do have a question - Why doesnt anyone hear know WTF a tritip roast is...?

    Get used to it. Although the fantastic brisket, ribs and crawfish boils we have here more than make up for it. Costco sometimes carries tri-tips and I've found with a low and slow grilling, they come out pretty good.

    Moving to the Houston area is kinda like taking methadone to kick a heroin addiction.

    Welcome to TGT and Texas. I'm not originally from Texas either.....but I got here as soon as I could... (escapee from the socialist north east in 1982...lol)
