I would like to go, and I'm working on it, but I do have a class at that time.

Keep in mind this is the House committee, a completely different set of folks than the previous Senate committee. If you cannot attend yourself, please help by spreading the word.

If I can sway the conversation over to welding, I can probably get away with that.

Well for a class that lives in or around Odessa and welders can't always be fully aware of events around them!! Should be of great interest due to occupation...no?

Certainly, I think everyone in Odessa should have a concern as far as the community goes, but then they will need a much bigger room that the Zant Community room. I have to justify field trips outside of the classroom/lab, unless the whole class would want to go, or the college promoted classes to attend.
