Houston AK builders!

Anyone around here know how to/have the tools to drill a gas port and install the parts on a virgin barrel?
I'm halfway through rust bluing my parts and want to see if I can find anyone to help me with that part.
These parts are just dying to be put together! :-)

I'm really interested in building an AK too. Just getting started, I have not yet bought any parts. Near Spring / Greens point. I have a pretty decent workshop, no specialized gun smithing / working tools. Lots of wood working and mechanics type tools. I'm looking into presses and dies too. I have drill presses, sand blaster, paint guns, grinders, sanders, torch etc.. I'd be willing to host a build party, but I'm not qualified to build a gun yet, so I'd just be providing space and some common tools.
