Houston area range day?

I drove through George Bush park today, but not past ASC. There are large amounts of deep standing water everywhere.

I was out there last week right after all the rain from the previous days... it was soggy with standing water in a lot of areas but with some boots it was fine. I'm guessing it can't be any worse now than it was last week so it should be ok.

Moonpie: I'm usually out there for the first round of "open fire" (8:30am) and I'll be there until 11am or later.

I didn't notice any on Friday. Had shorts and a t-shirt on. Breeze keeps them at bay I believe.

Well, Moonpie and I had a grand time shooting today. Moonpie has some great toys and he was most gracious with letting me try them out. Post-shooting BBQ and chit-chat was excellent as well... y'all missed out!

Just got back. Was a good day! started out all over the place. Once I dialed the Eotech in and took my glasses of it tightened up real nice!

Don't hate on the days off guys! I spent a year and a half riding graveyards and evenings before I caught my day shift with my days off!
