The VZ. 58 is chambered in 7.62x39. Designed and manufactured in Czechoslovakia. This rifle externally resembles an AK-47 but is internally substantially different. The receiver is milled. not stamped. Ironically the VZ.58 weighs less than an AK-47. The VZ.58 is very custom, much like what both the Czech and Israel Army use today. The rifle is built from an ORIGINAL VZ.58 parts kit. Milled receiver with compliant US Manufactured components. The barrel is an original VZ. 58 chrome lined barrel with US Made AK-74 style muzzle break permanently welded to meet minimum barrel length requirements. This VZ.58 has a recoil compensation collapsible butt stock which reduces recoil and muzzle rize, and also has 6 positions. Ergo military pistol grip. Forearm quad rail system. ***A special scope mount customized for this gun must be used. This rifle ejects the rounds straight up and so no devices can get in the way of the ejection path.
