Houston engraver who won't ruin my factory AR staking

Hello,

I was looking at NFA Investments to do a SBR engraving for me. While browsing their page I noticed that they require the buffer tube be removed.

I am SBRing a factory Colt (which to me is a big deal, I saved a long time in order to afford it!) and don't want to ruin the factory staking.

Does anyone know of any other engravers in the area who don't require that the buffer tube be removed?

it is my trust information per ATF regs to be engraved on my AR lower. I will give them a call tom. and check to see if they can get around it.

Probably has something to do with it not fitting their jig with the buffer tube. I'd call around.

Keith's jig requires that the lower be stripped.

The other option is a laser engraver in Dallas, TX.

Looks like NFA Investments can do it! I am also in contact with Indent Marking in Dallas.

We'll see who has the better price and availability!
