Is anyone aware if Herman Mueschke still smithing over in the Heights? At one time he was one of the best 1911 techs around.

Yeah he is still there. Only after lunchtime, not near as many customers as in the past. A lot better if he knows you or you are introduced to him. Don't even know if he will take walk up business anymore.

THANKS!! Been years since I used him. He's got to be older than dirt, he was old when I a rookie LEO and now I'm old. I knew he didn't open until at least 1:00 PM and I still have a contact who can probably get me back in.
