Hey all,

I've had a few guns since I turned 21 but since have whittled it down to just my 9mm Beretta and Glock 23. I'm looking at getting my conceal permit here either just before or after Christmas and have to really find what it is that I like and want to carry.

I'll be honest, I see a lot of love for the Glock 23 and I just don't care for it. It was an impulse buy several years ago and I just can't get past the trigger safety. On the other hand my Beretta is, imo, a joy to shoot but it's a beast!

So I've come here seeking y'alls expertise in the matter. My girlfriend's father is Shootmre Steel and he recommended this site so here I am.

Wow, I can't believe you carry that beast concealed! I'm a good sized guy, 6'3" and 240 lbs and still that just seems huge to me.
