We can’t wait for the 2026 primary.

How difficult is it to recall a senator in Texas?

Is it a specific number of signatures or ?

Is the replacement appointed or does it trigger a special election?

    Crash,

Unfortunately, there is currently NO provision in the State of Texas to recall a Senator.

We ae reaching a point where the only way to get rid of some folks is to vote for the Democrat, then spend a few years re-grouping and come up with a better candidate in the next election. Very risky strategy though, so much else hangs in balance like judgeships. No way biker chick would vote for Trump appointees for example.

I’ve never voted for a democrat, although some of those running as Republicans were in reality democrats.

I know it sucks, but '26 ain't that far off. The SOB needs to be primaried in the worst way. I've said it here before that Allen West picked the wrong target in Abbott. He'd be perfect to take out that turncoat MF'er and I think could do it easily.

That whole Kari Lake fiasco certainly isn’t limited to Arizona. I just wonder how many other candidates were successfully bought off. McConnell, Cornyn, Graham. We all know they are deep state, yet they keep getting elected
