My caffeine intake is on the high abnormal side, ridiculously high....Wonder if I can claim that disorder and get some of y'all's money.....
I don't think it's any secret that caffeine can cause withdrawal symptoms. I got a day without a Dr Pepper and get a headache by mid afternoon. I also know if I avoided Dr Pepper for a week or so it would go away and I would probably sleep much better.
This.Ehhhh who cares, Now pour me another cup of coffee.
If you start:
sleeping at irregular times,
noticing your heart beat,
or if your hands start shaking,
you have had too much caffeine.
Pretty much sums up my thoughts on the topic.I'm a coffee freak. By the time I leave the house I finish a pot. When I get to work I drink a few more cups. Weekends same thing. I love it and will never give it up.
You folks are amateurs.
I drink coffe til bedtime. Sometimes i fall asleep with a cup in my hand watching tv

Probably, doctors cant figure out why my blood pressure is so low, coffee an dgad most likely. Once had a nurse call a second one over to double check her with another cuff. Said it was low enough i should be dying. Doctors too

I rarely suggest it....but have you tried moderating your intake by alternating with meth?

From OP link: "Juliano advises that caffeine consumption should be limited to no more than 400 mg per day or the equivalent of about two to three 8-oz cups of coffee for healthy adults."
I am way above that by 9am, but I stop after that - no more the rest of the day.
I can't believe the volume you are and did drink! At 15 20oz cups a day I would spend more time hitting the head than anything else.
