Guided goose hunts on the Katy prairie the year I got out of the service ('73).
Used about a hundred white cloths (diapers, at the time, later white 2x2 plastic squares) and a dozen or so goose decoys (head and neck only, and stuck through one of the plastic squares to hold it down).
Used 12" stakes made from coat hangers, as above.
And one white plastic sheet big enough for each hunter to both sit on and cover up with.
All the above was carried easily in an old army duffel bag, and light enough to slog through rice and soy bean fields without breaking a sweat.
Goose calling is easy to learn .... unlike a duck call, hard to do it wrong.
