How to keep threaded barrel cap on

Recently bought a Glock 19 gen 5

Came w silencerco threaded barrel

The cap keeps coming loose and I haven’t even fired the gun

How do you keep the cap tight, but able to take off for cleaning the barrel?

Get some fouling in the threads.

They make thin crush washers for that very purpose
Many ARs use them to keep the flash hiders , muzzle brakes and cans snug

You can swap me your threaded barrel for my factory barrel and your problems are solved.

A dab of lacquer on the threads before replacing the cap. Nail varnish works

Most all my threaded barrel caps come loose during shooting, I check every mag or so and tighten when necessary.

ETA: Even if it's been 1k rds without cleaning.

A small strip of plumber’s teflon PTFE tape.

I put anti-seize on all of my thread and that stopped my cans from working loose.

Is that the stock plastic one?
