    Hello folks,
Dogdollar here, from m1911.org and 1911auto.org.
I live in Baytown, work in Houston, member Bay Area Shooting Club, and frequent Marksman Indoor Range in South Houston.
Shoot pistols mostly, fan of Colt Pythons and any 1911 style .45acp.
Just recently acquired first AR style rifle, so starting to get into that a bit.

    Hey DD, thanks for joining!

I'm a 1911 lover too, and I'm going to be working on an AR in the near future. Just doing some research at the moment.

I'm assuming you saw my post on m1911.org?

If you like what you see, tell all your buds!

I really like the idea of a Texas forum, so I'm very glad to be here. There are a LOT of guys on the other two forums from Texas, I 'm sure they will find their way.

    Dog Dollar,
I kinda figured you would be on this forum.

If you guys don't know Dog his sense of humor is second to none.

Tell us about your AR. I have two myself and really enjoy them.

Good to have you here Dog. Ahhhhhhh! With all of the 1911 and AR owners registering, and all of the additions to picture threads that are sure to happen I can see myself being "forced" to spend even more money on guns to buy a few 1911's and AR's (2 types of firearms I don't currently have but every good American should) ;)
