So . . . . I was able to spend some Time with HighTechRancher at www.WildRiverRanch.net this weekend.

The versatility of the WASP is what I expect form a Clip in.
    Here it is on highTechRancher's S&W M&P 15-22

The new armasight clipons look promising as well at 4500 for their LR model. Did he at least say when TNVC was actually going to release one of these unicorns? Theyre going on a year and a half now with no definite delivery date. Is the newest version waterproof? That was a huge turnoff to me when they first announced it. Did you get to use it with a higher quality day optic?

Is the Primary Arms 4-14 all that I think it is?

Thinking of picking one up and would like some real world opinions.

The 4-14 is all that you think it is if you are looking for that scope.

    Its not a $4,000.00 scope.

    It doesn't have zero stops.
It doesn't have the super special sauce coatings.

It does have nice turrets with good tactile feel
It does have nice glass for its price range.
    It has a mil-dot reticle.
It seems to be repeatable 0 although I have not boxed it yet.

    Thanks for the info.

Thinking of putting it on my .223 16" barrelled AR or possibly my Thompson Center Venture in .308.

Probably going to order one next week.

    Sent from an undisclosed location.

I have the Armasight line of clip-on's in stock. Image wise, they perform right there with far more expensive units.

intersting. I might see if I can get these two together.

Unfortunately, the local VA hospital seriously jacked up the last two surgeries I had (well 3 really), so I will be getting flown to Houston this summer to see if they can fix the damage. Would you be interested in linking up while I am down there and checking out some of the clip-on units I carry to see what you think as far as a price vs. performance aspect?
