Ever hear the story of when Mickey Mantle took Billy Martin hunting in Oklahoma? Seems the Mick got permission to hunt on a farm but the farmer had a favor to ask. He had an old horse that needed to be put down and ask Mick to do it. Mick said yes and the went back to the car pretending to be mad. Grabbed his rifle, went in the barn and shot the horse. On his way out, he heard another shot.

When asked what happened, Billy said I shot his cow for good measure.
