I'm not sure if I need help or not but I'm addicted to ice cream. I eat at least one gallon per week, sometimes more. I love it. Is it bad for my health?
And I drink beer several times a week.

It's not really a weight issue. I'm 6'2" and weighed 160 on the scales yesterday. Ten years ago I weighed around 215 but I worked out in the school gym every day. I'm just an old fart now.

Nothing to worry about till you make a float using some hard root beer. Tastes great I might add.
