Of course we knew our rights were being trampled. But what could we do?

The courts are all loaded with libs. The voting population is lib - the lib mayor of LA won 80% of the vote. And the politics are funded by Silicon Valley bleeding heart billionaires.

CalGuns foundation and Firearms Policy coalition were the only folks fighting for 2A rights. Even the NRA seems to have thrown in the towel in some CA cases.

Californians voted to allow the legislature to raise taxes with a simple majority vote.

The Dems sold to the voters as a way to get around Republican roadblocks.

Californians also rately saw a tax, also cleverly described as a "bond measure" they didn't vote for.
(You'd be surprised how many CA voters have no idea what a bond measure is...)

    It literally makes no sense.

Not long ago, you could have a "featureless" rifle in CA that had a detachable mag...bullet button was for rifles with scary features like pistol grips and flash hiders.

I almost bit the bullet (no pun intended) and built one.

Then the laws just got zany and confusing. So I stuck with handguns and a lone 870 shotty...

Happy to be from Dallas these days
