    Helotes!
I've owned two E30 BMW 3-series while living in Germany, as 318i and a 320i M-series; they are excellent driver's cars that I miss driving. Perfectly balanced and read-wheel drive, and solid as a tank. I wish I could find one in good shape, but they are rare as hen's teeth!

Best car I've ever owned. I bought it new, drove it till 2000.
Sold it to a neighbor, he ran it for years then all his kids drove it as their 1st car.
Still going when he sold it, about 3 years ago.

Marketed as the "four door sports car" I've still got a fifth gen 2000 Maxima. Passed it on to baby girl, then baby boy. Runs like a top.

The one car I had, that I really wanted to mod was a Volvo 240. I wanted to put an LS motor in it so bad. That would make the Mustang GT boys really sad. Unfortunately, life doesn't always go the way you want.

It takes a deeply perverted mind to conceive of such a thing. I like it. ;)

    A 3.5 liter Maxima does 0-60 in 5.8 seconds. 1/4 mile in 14.4. Not bad for a reliable grocery-getter.

It's still FWD. A slower RWD car will be more fun. The Maxima is a nice appliance, but dude started the tread off talking about an e30. He's looking for something more.

My 4 door grocery getter. No silly LS swap required. Haven't had a Maxima pull me yet!
