I've been looking as well and the Salvage was on my list but people hate the stock. So for the cost of the Salvage and a Boyds stock it pushed me to the RPRR.

I know the feeling...like souping up a Rugger 10/22 instead of just buying a Magnum Research magnum lite.

I have the 22LR, but if I ever find the Mag version for a good sale price, I’ll have it too. The 22 LR is gnat’s ass accurate.

That's my problem...needs vs wants. I need a CMR30 to go with my PMR30 & I want a new 10/22 .22mag...ahhh... first world problems...lol

I had fun the other day just plinking with it. This was the best grouping I got at 50yds using CCI Standard 40gr with an 8mph wind and 14mph gusts. With that said I was ringing steel (using a little Kentucky windage) at 200 yards.
