    cb, what happened to the truck?? 2) how far to the shop...3) what time frame are you looking for? I have a friend who drives a flatbed wrecker in austin....or we might be able to drag it there....MG

    transmission slips, leaks, and it isnt inspected nor registered anymore. The shop is Whit automotive off of 1431 in between Baghdad and Lakeline. I live off of 1431 and sambass in Round Rock. I have off the 24th till the 3rd. So I need to get in some time in there.

    unless you use a wrecker, you still risk a ticket if you tow/pull it there yourself....(no tags/insp) If it is close by and the truck will still run/drive, would get a 1-way plate from the DMV and drive it over. I think they are still $10. MG

    Heading up north for Xmas, but I will be back the 30th. I'll PM you when I get back and see if you still need a hand. I have a flatbed trailer we could throw it on.
