Water fast at the end caus that weight comes back almost instantly.

We need to know hight weight and what for. Several of us have lost lots of weight. It will be much easier to lose 20 lbs if you're bigger stature than if you are smaller and close to what's reasonable for you.

Fasting and when you eat, eat right. Exercise.

Or you can do what I did. Start eating right and hit the gym hard. You won't lose 20 lbs. but that weight will move around.

You have to exercise as well. Riding a bicycle helps me maintain my weight.

Have you tried meth? Just short term until you meet your goal. No need to make it a habit.
