I see why Hollywood is afraid of firearms - Alec Baldwin kills set employee

We know who aimed the gun, who pulled the trigger. Who is responsible for allowing a real gun and real ammunition to be allowed on a movie site?

My understanding is the armorer has that responsibility on most movie sets, but this armorer was overridden on multiple occasions by directors and producers (such as Alec Baldwin), and the final say on a movie set is with the producer.

baldwin pulled the trigger. As far as I'm concerned, that's where the entire affair ends. He should be prosecuted for whatever level of homicide the DA can come up with. It still won't be enough for that scumbag.
